Is this a real work from home job?

Yes. We are currently partnered with a work from home platform. As a CSP (Customer Service Professional) you will have access to work with some of the best Fortune 500 companies.

 

How much is the pay?

The pay rate varies depending on the client you choose to work. Currently, CSPs are earning $11-$15 per hour as a base rate. There is no limit to how much you can earn. You select the number of hours you want to work; the more you work, the more you earn!

Do I have to pass a background check?

Yes, we require a high standard of integrity. Any persons that have been convicted of or have pled guilty to any felony or certain misdemeanor charges will not be approved as a CSP. 

Do I get paid for training?

No, our CSPs are Independent Contractors and do not attend "training". Instead, you'd take a client certification course, which during this time you would not be paid. You will be required to attend any and all certification courses for your selected client. Depending on the client, you will start taking calls while in certification which you will be paid for.
